Scope
This Refund Policy explains how Omoggle Face Battle handles refund requests for paid features, credit packages, subscriptions where offered, and related digital services. You can run the homepage Battle flow and configure the public generator for free, but paid image export is a credit action.
Because digital services, credits, account features, and server-side processing may be delivered or consumed shortly after purchase or use, refunds are limited and subject to review.
Refund Basics
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the purchase and your account activity. When reviewing a request, we may consider factors such as:
- how much time has passed since the charge;
- whether credits, paid benefits, account features, or service capacity have already been used, consumed, delivered, or partially consumed;
- whether the account is in good standing;
- whether the request involves fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, policy violations, or a violation of our Terms of Service;
- whether a refund is required under applicable law.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available for:
- free homepage Battle use or free public generator configuration, because no payment is collected before image export;
- credits consumed by successful paid image exports, because the image export action is delivered immediately;
- dissatisfaction with user-created face-off content, Battle scores, creative choices, formatting, or other subjective expectations;
- charges for credits, paid benefits, subscriptions, or service capacity that have already been used, consumed, delivered, or partially consumed;
- failure to use credits or benefits before they expire or before the relevant billing period ends;
- technical issues outside Omoggle Face Battle's reasonable control, such as connectivity, local device, browser, bank, payment processor, or third-party platform issues;
- accounts that violated our Terms of Service, payment rules, anti-abuse rules, or other service policies.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@omogglefacebattle.com with the subject line Refund Request and include:
- the email address associated with your account;
- the order, invoice, credit purchase, or subscription reference, if available;
- the purchase date;
- a short explanation of the reason for the request;
- relevant billing details that help us review the request.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Review and Processing
After we receive a complete request, we may review account status, payment records, billing history, credit grants, credit usage, and service activity to determine eligibility.
- We aim to review requests within a reasonable time.
- If approved, refunds are generally returned to the original payment method, subject to processor, bank, or payment network timing.
- Refund approval may reduce, revoke, or adjust credits or paid benefits associated with the refunded purchase.
Cancellation vs. Refund
Canceling a paid plan or subscription, where offered, stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
- Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.
- Refund returns payment for a current charge only if the request is eligible under this policy.

Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. The updated policy applies to future purchases after it becomes effective.
