Acceptance and Service Overview

Welcome to Omoggle Face Battle, an independent browser tool for face-rating battles and editable Omoggle-style result screens. By accessing or using Omoggle Face Battle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Omoggle Face Battle and Omoggle Face Battle Generator are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Omoggle. Face-off results, generator exports, and other outputs created with the service are user-created content and are not official Omoggle records.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms to use the service.
You may need an account to access certain paid, private, billing, credits, feedback, or account-history features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
You must notify us promptly about unauthorized access or other security incidents involving your account.

Acceptable and Prohibited Use

Omoggle Face Battle lets users run browser-side face-rating battles, create editable Omoggle-style result screens, export paid image outputs for credits, manage account features, buy credits or paid features where offered, and use related service areas. You agree to use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.

You may not use Omoggle Face Battle to:

violate any law or regulation;
claim, imply, or present user-created face-off content, Battle scores, generator exports, or mock output as a real, official, or verified Omoggle record;
impersonate another person, misrepresent identity, defraud others, or create materially misleading content;
use Battle scores or face-rating output as identity verification, hiring, lending, housing, education, medical, legal, insurance, or other high-impact decision evidence;
infringe or misappropriate another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
upload, create, or share unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or graphically violent content in violation of applicable law or platform rules;
interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, probe, or bypass the security or integrity of the service;
use bots, scraping, or automation in a way that harms the service or other users;
attempt to access another user's account, data, media, outputs, orders, credits, or private service records without authorization.

Your Content and Rights

You retain ownership of the names, media, face-off values, files, feedback, and other materials you submit to Omoggle Face Battle.
You are responsible for the content you submit, the outputs you create, and how you use or share exported files.
For homepage Battle, selected photos are handled in the browser for preview, face detection, mesh drawing, and local score generation. The Battle flow does not upload selected photos for scoring.
For the public generator, entered draft values and local media previews are handled in the browser and are not saved to our app server by that generator. If you start login from export, the browser may temporarily store the full draft and selected media blobs locally so they can be restored after sign-in.
For account-only, paid, or private features that require server processing or storage, you grant Omoggle Face Battle a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transform, and transmit your content solely as needed to operate, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service.
You represent and warrant that you have the rights and permissions required to upload, use, and authorize processing of the content you submit.

Omoggle Face Battle Intellectual Property

Omoggle Face Battle and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, including the website, software, workflows, visual design, branding, logos, documentation, and underlying systems, other than your content and any rights these Terms expressly grant to you.

Payments, Credits, and Refunds

Paid features may be offered through one-time credit packages, subscriptions where offered, or other purchase options.
Paid image export currently costs 10 credits per successful image export through the official export button.
By purchasing paid features or credits, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and related amounts.
If a paid plan renews automatically, you are responsible for recurring charges until you cancel.
Credits, plan features, prices, allocations, and billing terms may change over time. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

Service Changes and Termination

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access if your use violates these Terms, applicable law, or creates risk for the service, our users, or third parties.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omoggle Face Battle disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Battle scores, face-rating results, user-created face-off content, exported files, account records, and other service outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing them before relying on, publishing, or sharing them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omoggle Face Battle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

Terms Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Omoggle Face Battle after the updated Terms become effective means the revised Terms apply to your future use of the service.
